This PR aims to introduce basic support for the LoongArch targets in
boring-sys2via a local path. I understand that upstream support for LoongArch inboringsslwould be the ideal solution, but it seems there are currently some challenges in that direction. Given the importance of this project within the Rust ecosystem, I kindly request that you consider this approach. Thanks!
